Payment Terms

• One time setup cost: 100% payable as advance with order booking.
• Monthly Subscription Cost: payable by automated UP subscription form subscription start date, for a minimum period of 3 months, cancelable any time.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Order From must be duly filled and signed by an authorised person and submitted aling with requisite payment. Booking confirmation will be complete only when our written confirmation and bill is received by the applicant.
2. Value Add Services will be providing Landing page &digital campaign creation and management services as per package details mentioned overleaf, to its Client through its service providers.
3. Each of these services will b esubject to individual agreements to be executed between Client &each service provider.
4. Value Add Services will act as a facilitating agent between the Client and t h eservice providers,and in no way be liable for any claims arising out of any agreement between the client and service provider.
5. Lead Rocket Packagecovers thecost of creating and managing the landing pages and digital campaigns. However it does notcover SaaS software charges for landing page creation &other software, paid mediaor advertisement costs for digital advertising or any other transactional charges paid to any other third party like payment gateway etc. Such costs are to be paid directly by the client to the individual service provider by the Client.
6. The minimum period for this service is 3 months. However, the client may cancel the monthly subscription at any point by choosing to not renew the monthly subscription in any subsequent month.One time set up charges and monthly subscription charges once paid cannot be refundedunder any circumstances.
7. Except for payment of any fees due or payable under this agreement, neither party's delay in performance of anydutiesorobligations will be considered a breach of this agreement fi such delay iscaused by labordispute, shortage of materials, fire, earthquake, flood, failures in electric power, telecommunication or internet services or any other event beyond the control of the party in breach.
8. Any disputes arising out of the provisions contained herein shall be submitted to tge jurisdiction of a cilil court competent at the registered address of the service provider.The service provider reserves the right to add or alter these regulations at anytime.
