CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Value Add Services.

1. Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Services were not delivered as per scope
  • Material deviation occurred
  • Cancellation occurs before work begins

Requests must be emailed to hello@leadrocket.in.

2. Process

Include payment ID, date, and reason. We reply within 2 working days.

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed and credited to the customer's bank account within 7 working days.

4. Deductions

Refunds may be prorated if partial work is completed or third-party costs incurred.

5. Non‑Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after work begins
  • Delay due to missing inputs
  • Dissatisfaction after approval
  • Performance expectations without guarantee

6. Chargebacks

Notify us immediately if a bank dispute is filed.

7. Changes

We may update this policy anytime.
